The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio


This role will be office based (hybrid) in Munich.

Our Customer Experience team thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams across Personio to ensure that customer voices are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to understanding and advocating for our customers, using data-driven insights to shape our customer experience strategies and influence what we build.

We’re seeking a passionate Community Manager (d/f/m) to focus on growing and sustaining superuser groups and regional in-person events. You will empower community champions, create low-overhead engagement opportunities, and drive initiatives that strengthen our community’s regional and global presence as well as help drive key business and community goals. 

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Nurture and expand the DACH superuser group, fostering member engagement and advocacy.

  • Establish a global superuser program to connect and celebrate highly active members.

  • Identify and empower community champions to lead regional groups and events.

  • Equip superusers with the skills and incentives to drive peer support for other members, and to lead and mentor other customers who are activating or adopting Personio’s products.

  • Plan and support in-person regional events, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable resources for superusers and event organizers.

  • Track and analyse the performance of superuser and regional engagement initiatives.

  • Track and analyse the performance of business and community impacting engagement initiatives.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years of online community building experience

  • Demonstrated experience with superuser or ambassador programs

  • Expertise in planning and executing regional events.

  • Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills.

  • Professional fluency in German and English.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
