This role sits in the Customer Excellence team, within the broader Customer Group. We are all about driving bigger and better results for our customers. Who are they? Think Residential real estate agents, Directors, Principals and CEO’s across each of our markets - Residential, Developer, Commercial and Media.

What the role is all about 

The Community Impact Manager will play a pivotal role in helping shape and execute REA Group’s community engagement and philanthropic activities, as it relates to our B2B Customers. We’re embarking on something big, bold and better than ever before and here’s an opportunity to be involved from inception!

This position will work closely with our Enterprise Social Impact team and be a key enabler of ESG strategy through B2B channels. This position will be responsible for developing and delivering an events-based fundraising program, developing engaging marketing and communications materials, and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders. Working with our Enterprise Social Impact Lead to develop an industry Foundation, this role will also help guide the approach to the formation of a national committee.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic purpose driven leader with a passion for social responsibility, and the skills to foster meaningful connections and drive strategic initiatives to amplify our community impact, together with our customers.

Who we’re looking for 

  • A lover of purpose driven initiatives who strongly believes that everyone deserves a place to call home
  • A go getter and a self-starter who is able to scope and deliver on key projects, at pace
  • Prior experience working on a medium-large scale social impact cause
  • A passion for creating great multi-channel campaigns and experiences for customers
  • A lover of copy, PPT decks and developing customer centric communications
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation
  • Prior experience dealing with all levels of business, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Someone who thrives working as a part of a team with colleagues who are equally passionate about the cause!
