This dynamic team leads a year-round Global Community Engagement Program, delivering impactful initiatives and events to over 11,000 employees. We partner with our eight Employee Resource Groups to drive meaningful change and cultivate a workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered.

What you’ll be doing 
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Community Engagement Specialist to support and enhance our organization’s commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Working closely with the Program Manager, this role involves expert knowledge across the culture and diversity area, strong project management, event coordination, and communication skills to support the execution and deployment of our Global Program.
Key Responsibilities will include:

  • DEI Champion: Serve as a knowledge source and champion of DEI, culture and employee engagement.
  • DEI Program Support: Assist in the execution of key initiatives and monthly programming.
  • Event Coordination: Organize Global Community Engagement Program events, including speaker scheduling, training sessions, virtual platform hosting, logistics, budgeting, and administrative support.
  • Administrative Support: Handle documentation, invoicing, and expense tracking for program initiatives and ERGs and ensure tracking, reports and program materials are maintained.
  • Communications & Content Development: Support the creation and distribution of related communications (e.g., email invitations, newsletters, internal announcements) in partnership with our communications team to ensure accessibility and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Provide administrative support to regional Leads, ERG Leaders, HR Leaders, Communications and other stakeholders to facilitate program engagement.
  • Performance Metrics: Report on performance metrics across the DEI program, create surveys for employee feedback and continuous development of the program.
  • Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG): Support the senior manager with ESG reporting.
  • Vendor Management: Manage contracts,(vendor management, finance, and legal approvals) submit requests, ensure timely contract processing, and onboard new vendors and external partners.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR with proven experience in the Culture/DEI space of program delivery, employee engagement and communications.
  • Strong operational execution and project management skills with the ability to support a global program.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying information concisely and engagingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • A willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and operate at pace.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, effectively managing competing workloads and prioritizing tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for data and metrics to build continuous improvement and identify enhancements across the program.
  • Experience of operating within a complex, matrix environment.
  • Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs and win their co-ownership in the outcome.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving objectives.
