What You’ll Do
- Lead the vivenu Ambassador Program in North America by driving engagement, recruiting new ambassadors, and tracking key success metrics while enhancing referral initiatives with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams
- Plan and execute high-impact events such as conferences, trade shows, online workshops, and internal corporate gatherings, managing all logistics from invitations to post-event follow-ups
- Oversee vivenu’s community-driven initiatives such as branded merchandise, ambassador perks, and digital engagement campaigns to strengthen brand loyalty
- Maintain and optimize CRM databases with relevant community and ambassador information for accurate tracking and communication
- Gather and analyze community feedback to provide valuable insights that influence company strategy, product development, and marketing efforts
- Introduce innovative engagement strategies to continuously improve community relationships and brand presence
- Manage budgets and support cross-functional projects to ensure cost-effective execution of events and other community initiatives as well as contribute to the overall success of vivenu's community engagement efforts
What we're looking for
- Experience & Background – 3-5 years in community engagement, account management, events, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of building strong communities and brand engagement
- Education & Knowledge – A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation in strategic outreach and engagement
- Communication & Relationship Building – Strong public speaking abilities and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster meaningful connections
- Project Management & Organization – Excellent ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful results
- Strategic & Data-Driven Approach – A creative thinker who leverages CRM tools and analytics to drive engagement, optimize community initiatives, and enhance outreach efforts
