Program structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
- Start Date: April 2025
- Hybrid flexibility: 1-2 days a week in the office
What we're looking for:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred experience:
- HRIS experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
What you'll do:
- Create learning & development content relevant to culture related topics, such as new hire orientation.
- Assist in organizational change management initiatives.
- Support the rollout of our new on-the-job training program, including project planning, change management, project communications, training support, etc.
- Create engaging employee and business stories to share via internal communication channels.
- Support feedback gathering and data analysis.
- Work with team to create an internal dashboard that measures training and communication effectiveness.
- Support business partners on ad-hoc communications needs, bringing a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Document and improve processes.
