Communications Executive
Singapore
We are looking for a Communications Executive to join our global design community. Based in Singapore, you will play a vital role in driving brand recognition for Henning Larsen in the Asian market. You will work closely with the Global Communications team to develop and implement communication strategies that effectively position our brand as a sustainable and innovative thought leader in the industry.

To continue this journey, we are looking for a Communications Executive who is a keen learner, creative and strategic thinker and has strong organisation and project management skills to work both collaboratively and independently.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Assist with the development of a communications strategy that supports the overall business objectives and brand image of Henning Larsen in Asia
- Lead the local implementation of the communications strategy
- Consistently seek out new strategic opportunities to showcase Henning Larsen’s projects, thought leaders, and expertise
- Working with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, creative, and compelling content for a range of communication channels including press releases, opinion pieces, project text, social media, and website updates
- Maintain and update the Asia media lists, and produce media packages regarding project announcements for local media
- Coordinate internal communications and special projects
- Work with the global communications team on award submissions
Qualifications
What we are looking for
As our new Communications Executive you will be part of a creative and diverse organisation that is fueled by curiosity. Working globally and locally, the communications team is responsible for publication of news items across internal and external channels. The team is also responsible for overseeing award submissions, development of PR and content and has a constant eye on the media landscape.
For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, architecture or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in communications, journalism, public relations, publishing or marketing within the b-to-b industries. Design related industry experience will be an advantage
- Strong organisation and project management skills with the ability to work to deadlines both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for a range of audiences and channels
- Familiarity with social media platforms, website management, and other digital communication tools
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders as well as journalists and media influencers
- A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative plans
- Well-developed sense for compelling stories and sharp narrative angles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
