Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of communication plans for key CES projects and strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to internal communication efforts to engage CES employees, aligning them with company objectives and CES's mission.

• Collaborate with team members globally on diverse communication projects and campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging.

• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to support innovative and impactful communication strategies.

• Seek mentorship and professional development opportunities within the team to foster continuous growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, English or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing or communications.

• Skilled in data analysis and communication strategy development.

• Proactive learner with a commitment to staying updated on industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.

• Basic working knowledge of social media platforms.

• Certifications in data analytics, communication, or related areas are an advantage.

• Ability to craft compelling messaging across internal channels.

• Experience building presentations and leveraging multi-channel communication tactics.

• Professional presence with an eye for detail and a commitment to representing DXC’s values and ethics.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $43,800 - $81,300.
