Job Description
As Communications Senior Manager, you will be part of the Global Marketing & Communication Department, directly reporting to the Global Corporate Communications Director. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the internal communications strategy for Believe. This role ensures that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals, values and initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other departments across the company to create and deliver effective communication programs and campaigns that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy development - Contribute and help implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy both internally and externally that supports the organization’s goals and objectives and are aligned with the company’s mission, vision and values.
- Internal communication planning - Define, structure, and deploy internal communications initiatives, aligned with the company's strategic, business and organizational projects and in collaboration with other departments (HR, CSR, Business, Product & Tech, Legal …) to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
- Content creation & Management - Create, curate, and manage engaging content & consistent messages for internal communications channels (including intranet, Teams, newsletters, screens, internal events, presentations…) that will help contribute to engagement. Support also in the creation of external communications content and materials (articles, presentations, editorial articles …) that contribute to key projects and topics.
- Tools & Processes – Develop and implement tools and processes that help to boost collaboration and engagement with internal stakeholders around key corporate communications topics.
- Employer Branding - Work closely with Corporate Communication Director, HR team, and the Senior Business Performance Manager (in charge of onboarding and candidate journey) on employer brand issues, to develop a sense of pride in belonging and strengthen Believe’s image among candidates & employees.
- Crisis Communication – In close liaison with Global Corporate Communication Director, serve as a key point of contact for internal crisis communication and develop and implement crisis communication plans to address and manage internal communication during emergencies or critical situations.
- Feedback and Measurement - Analyze communication metrics, existing data, feedback and use insights to continuously improve communication strategies and tactics.
- Budget – Effectively manage internal communication budget to ensure resources are allocated strategically.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communications or related roles, ideally including experience within a mid-cap company or similar environment.
During your career you have developed skills such as :
- Leadership & Agility - Ability to demonstrate leadership and work autonomously in an international environment. Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking, Excellence in Delivery - Ability to think critically and develop communications tactics that align with the company’s organizational and business objectives.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
- Relationship & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with company leaders and teams, to ensure alignment and relationship building. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Change Management: Experience in driving effective internal communication during periods of organizational change or growth.
- Digital Savvy & Innovative: Familiarity with digital communication platforms, communication analytics and emerging trends in internal communication. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative internal communication proposals.
Fluent level of French/English, both spoken and written
