Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an accomplished strategic and experienced Communications and Engagement Lead to support the Ericsson Property portfolio across APAC and the Americas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal and external communication strategies to enhance internal engagement, foster external thought leadership, and amplify Cushman & Wakefield's reputation as a premier provider of real estate and facilities management (FM) services for Ericsson.

About the Role:
- Develop a comprehensive global Communications Strategy and Content Calendar in collaboration with global account leaders, ensuring seamless execution across the APAC and Americas regions.
- Collaborate with global account leaders to develop a global Communications Strategy and Content Calendar, overseeing execution across Asia Pacific and the Americas.
- Craft and execute internal communication strategies that inspire and engage Ericsson employees across the property owned internal communication channels, aligned with the global Content Calendar.
- Advise senior leaders on enhancing their external presence through opinion pieces, interviews, and speaking engagements in collaboration with industry organizations.
- Partner with business teams to identify and showcase thought leadership stories, positioning Ericsson Property as an innovator in workplace and real estate trends.
- Collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield thought leaders to co-create content that highlights Ericsson Property’s leadership in the future of workspaces.
About You:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, with 10-12 years of communications experience, ideally in the real estate sector.
- Digital-first experience and excellent written communication skills.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
- A level of creativity: ability to ideate original communication ideas, initiatives, and projects (both internal and external) that are creative and unique enough to generate attention and push through the noise.
- Highly motivated, organized, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure and within tight timelines. With the ability to balance different objectives and stakeholder differing demands while understanding the priorities
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal and external communication strategies.
