Job Summary
Work in Finance and in conjunction with Sales to calculate and prepare North American Commissions for the Resuscitation business. Take lead on commission process for sales force of 300+. Oversee commissions processed by commission analyst.
Essential Functions
- Calculate and prepare commissions for North American sales force
- Prepare commissions data monthly for approval and payment
- Review bonuses quarterly with senior management
- Process manual adjustments including obtaining proper approvals
- Communicate with sales representatives to answer any questions on their individual commission as required
- Perform any investigations of commissions as required
- Supply yearly and quarterly reporting to sales management and strategic managers
- Train new sales representatives on understanding the commission process and statements
- Assign rep numbers and territories for new sales representatives
- Participate in annual review of commission process and plans
- Special projects or tasks as assigned
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Business Degree or equivalent experience in commissions required
- 5-10 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with Commission Program required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of MS Office and reporting
- Strong communication skills
