  • Manage and motivate a team of 10 Account Managers. Be their mentor, guide, and biggest supporter.

📊 Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Use data and insights to guide strategies that improve partner operations.
  • Develop actionable plans based on performance data, ensuring decisions are informed and impactful.

📈 Performance & Process Optimization:

  • Keep an eye on key metrics (KPIs) and use dashboards to track partner performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that make a difference.
  • Review and refine processes to make partner management smoother and more efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

✅ Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or leadership roles with high-performing teams.

🗣️ Skills:

  • Excellent communicator in both French and English.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a problem-solving, data-driven mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in project management.
  • Empathetic, curious, and an inclusive team player.

💻 Tech & Industry Knowledge:

  • Proficient with productivity tools like Office 365 and Salesforce.
  • Experience in fast-growing digital startups is a plus!
