Primary Objective
Outside construction sales for our SE region are calling mainly on commercial and hotel General contractors, Flooring Contractors and Renovation General Contractors.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement, Foster Relationships.
  • Contacting: communication with General Contractor and Leads on projects to be bid.
  • Bidding projects.
  • Meeting with Contractor/Developers/Flooring Contractors.
  •  Pricing job, Submitting Proposal, follow up and selling job.
  • Working /assisting production Team once sold to ensure proper handoff.
  • Attending Pre con meetings.
  • Experience in construction related sales, and ability to read blueprints helpful.
  • Market Development – Identify Key Owner Targets and create a strategic sales plan to grow Structis Commercial business.
  • Work with Manufacturers reps to make sales calls and specification Assistance.


About You

  • 5+ years of construction experience a must. 
  • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and ability to present themselves professionally.
  • BS in Construction Management, Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
  • Math and computer skills.
  • Customer service attributes.
