Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Development office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our renewable energy assets. Your role will involve overseeing land agreements, regulatory reporting, contract management, and performance optimization of PV plants. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:
- Managing land agreements and serving as the main contact for landowners
- Handling independent regulatory reporting in collaboration with the legal office
- Conducting independent monthly analysis of assets revenue and operational costs
- Administrating and managing contracts related to the PV assets, including power purchase agreements (PPAs) and Contract for Difference (CfD)
- Addressing and resolving ad-hoc issues as they arise (permits, administrative decisions, etc.)
- Collaborating with commercial and technical teams to optimize performance of PV plants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local partners, utilities, landowners, and internal stakeholders
- Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management on asset performance and financial metrics.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, commerce or engineering field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proven business partnering experience
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI proficiency is an asset)
- Fluency in Polish and English languages.
Would be an advantage:
- Knowledge of the Polish PV energy market
- Experience with regulatory reporting in PV plant operations.
