Position Summary
The Commercial Program Specialist is expected to facilitate execution and analyze ARCO and ampm programs in support of improving brand image, fuel and store performance, and related marketing programs. Additionally, this role facilitates and liaises with the ARCO retail operations team, outside vendors, and the BP ampm Marketing team to implement seamless execution of such programs. Provides input into bi-monthly workplans and helps gate-keep activities to ensure brand standards and program integrity are being maintained. Provides leadership and continuity between National retail marketing programs and regional tests and programs. Supports online tools required to facilitate communication and information management to ARCO locations and retail operations team.
Key Responsibilities

Develops, communicates, and implements new concepts and plans towards increasing program value.

Coordinates internal and external events and meetings.

Participates in conducting group meetings of internal and external stakeholders to present, explain, and stimulate enthusiasm in both current and potential Programs.

Collaborates with regional teams to build programs that resonate within each market.

Conducts on-going analysis of new program opportunities and coordinate test programs as needed.

Works closely with current Program vendors to ensure program implementation, ongoing performance, and success. Manages day-to-day relationships with applicable vendors to efficiently meet the strategic Plans goals and objectives.

Coordinates the collection of data for and prepares the department’s operating budget. Works with accounting and organization personnel to process and manage expense budget.

Manages day-to-day operations related to the CORE Inspection Program for ARCO ampm sites including processing system reversals, collaborating with field teams, and enhancing survey information.

Oversees third party online platform used to compile and share CORE Program results

Develops and communicates monthly and quarterly program results to any/all sites on an ad-hoc basis.

Manages and implements the annual Store Systems Manual updates provided by ampm, collaborating with key business stakeholders and the law team.

Provides leadership and continuity between National retail marketing programs and the regions. Build relationships with key clientele.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain or other related experience in lieu.

Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain or other related areas required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain or other related experience in lieu.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing, brand, analytics, supply chain, or other related area required.
