Job Description

We are looking to fill the role for Commercial Operations - Flight Vertical with Airline Industry specific skills to join us at a very exciting time in our company growth.

Purpose: 

Drive operational excellence and revenue growth in the air vertical by delivering scalable processes, fostering strong partnerships, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. The role is critical in bridging strategic goals with tactical execution, ensuring seamless integration of operational, commercial, and product-driven initiatives. This position serves as a linchpin to identify and solve inefficiencies, enhance customer experience, and optimize performance across all air supply operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans for projects aimed at maximizing revenue and addressing cost inefficiencies within the flight vertical.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with air partners to foster strong collaboration and mutual growth.

  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, implementing processes that optimize business activities.

  • Partner with Customer Service teams to streamline workflows and manage escalations effectively.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making and maintain market competitiveness.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Product Operations teams to drive top-line growth and align on business priorities.

  • Oversee air supply operations, including BSP management and content coordination across suppliers.

  • Champion a data-driven approach by creating actionable recommendations that support business growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience: 

  • 2+ years in a commercial or project management role.

  • 2+ years working with flights, with a solid understanding of the industry.

  • Experience with BigQuery/SQL is a plus.

  • Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Galileo or Amadeus) is a plus.

  • BSP experience is a plus.
