For our office in Munich, Frankfurt or Cologne, we’re looking for a Commercial Manager to pursue new business opportunities and strive for growing a world class portfolio of customers. As an integral part of our team, you’ll work across disciplines to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions in Germany and worldwide.

You will be responsible for revenue growth by orchestrating new business activities, generating new opportunities and building strategic accounts. The role requires a focus on new business development, expanding relationships with existing clients and securing contract renewals with a cross-industry focus. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and an ability to translate those needs to a compelling, tailored Manyone solutions. 

You will collaborate closely with the team leads and partners to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and secure new client relationships. Finally, you will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, always ahead of the curve.

  • Are self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer experience
  • Have a results-driven approach: immediate results, hands-on approach
  • Can develop and execute plans and coordinate sales efforts to secure new client engagement opportunities
  • Have excellent communication (English/German), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Are experienced in prospecting, lead qualification, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling 
  • Have a demonstrated ability as a reliable client partner while building and fostering strong relationships with the clients and team
  • Display a profound project/program design and scoping background
  • Demonstrate deep experience and knowledge of the creative and design industry 
  • Are familiar with at least one of our key industries would be a big plus (e.g. Healthcare, Mobility, Retail, Fintech)
  • Possess strong strategic and negotiation skills
