Position Title: Sales Account Executive
Business Unit: INSA
Reports to: Director of Property and Casualty
Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for managing, maintaining and retaining an existing book of business consisting of larger revenue and more complex accounts. The incumbent generates new business sales revenue on a modest scale. The incumbent helps to provide training for less experienced sales personnel.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serves and retains existing clients to meet agency retention goals, including regular account follow ups, gathering information to understand the needs of the account, preparing and presenting renewal proposals and utilizing all agency resources to provide raving fans service.
Develops new business to meet assigned new business goals resulting in growth of existing book of business, including cross-sell opportunities from within the existing book of business.
Maintains a familiarity with and follows Agency Errors and Omissions guidelines and helps provide coaching and mentoring for less experienced staff.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
