Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, licensed insurance Account Manager to join our company. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will help build and keep business relationships for our growing client list. Our ideal candidate must provide superior service to our clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and addressing their individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns

  • Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims

  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

  • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

  • Assist with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial lines account management or related field

  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Proficient in using agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations

  • Need general agents 220 license or 440 customer service representative license
