Pay Range: $30.31 - $40.52
Provides high level support to the Commercial Executive, Regional Presidents and extended staff related to calendars, meetings and travel. Manage all aspects of regional outside events. Regularly produce management reports, presentations and analysis, coordinate and act as a specialist for renewals and reviews. This position has a focus on community development for the area the position supports.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Banking experience preferred

- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle sensitive information
Tasks Performed:
- 40% Supports the Commercial President, Regional Presidents and extended team by coordinating calendars and meetings, appointments, events and travel. Manage all aspects associated with the planning, execution and hosting of annual regional events; including, but not limited to, scouting and evaluating venues, food and beverage, negotiating contracts, agendas and materials, technology/audio visual, etc.
- 25% Provides support to Commercial Banking Leadership with timely and accurate sales and management reports, presentations and analysis including monthly activity reports, RGIC/EBP incentives, Operating Committee reports, division budgets and variance reconciliations.
- 20% Provides a high level of support and backup across the market footprint. Supports the Interest Rate Swap function with loan documentation, customer correspondences and reporting. As needed, acts as a closing specialist to close complex loans. Provides Cash Management activities with technology and web support. May coordinate line renewals and annual reviews.
- 10% Acts as a Commercial Compliance Coordinator ensuring the reporting of all compliance items for the region. Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects of federal and state laws and regulations and bank policies and procedures. Responsible for communication, training and corrective actions necessary on all existing and new compliance regulations.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
