The Commercial Excellence Specialist role is responsible for executing Market Intelligence, Business Development, Internal Communication, and Commercial Excellence tasks to optimize the Latam & Canada (LAC) Region revenue generating activities for sustained and profitable growth.
What will you be doing?
- Market Intelligence, Business Development, Internal Communications, and Commercial Excellence Ø Market Intelligence (50%)
- Coordinate and execute Market Intelligence annual process
- Closely work with the Marketing and Commercial leadership teams to assess and support their Market Intelligence needs
- Foster and maintain relationship with Market research 3rd party provider(s)
- Collaborate with commercial and business intelligence teams to create dashboard(s) and report on market data information aiming to convert to actionable business insights for the region
- Deliver annual reports of external market share, regional environment, and competition
- Continuously strive to convert business data into insights empowering commercial teams
- Field ad hoc commercial requests for specific market data and/or tailored market research Ø Internal Communications (10%)
- Lead the execution of all internal communications of key messages to drive employee engagement, understanding, and foster an inclusive and transparent culture across the region
- Regional commercial event management
- Manage Inbox for SVP
- Develop and execute the annual communications plan (LAC), including planning the annual calendar of special dates for employee communication Ø Business Development (20%)
- Support Growth Initiatives process by keeping updated the selected platform with project data and generate periodic reports
- Coordinate monthly touchpoints with commercial members leading each growth initiative to update their status
- Coordinate annual and bi-annual meetings to run governance process and update financials, as needed Ø Commercial Excellence (20%)
- Support coordination for yearly commercial planning
- Support adoption of process and tools to manage deals across the organization
What will you need to be successful?
- Education: Undergrad degree. MBA (optional) Licenses/ Certifications: None required
- Experience: 3-5 years in Market Intelligence, Marketing, or Business Development Communications experience (optional).
- Advanced Spanish and English is mandatory. Portuguese (optional)
- Travel Requirements: 10–25%
