Summary
Commercial Excellence Manager is responsible for leading/enhancing the use of business management tools to ensure right level of business tracking, and deliver strategic insights, and act as a strategic partner of the leadership team to provide business / market insights and defined actions, based upon interactions with field and interpretation of data, which is critical to upscale our business execusion level.
This position requires excellent stakeholder management and program leadership in addition to data analyses.
Essential Job Functions
• Monitor KPIs and analyze findings based on collected data and provide strategic insight to upper management and sales leaders.
• Train sales and key stakeholders to ensure proper use of the system/tools and data input
• Coach sales teams on effective selling skills/methodologies
• Identify improvement opportunities and local needs in sales management and collaborate with global for tool improvements
• Support segmentation and targeting of key accounts to increase sales efficiency and productivity.
• Support sales management on sales incentive design and target setting
• Support the Company's informational needs in terms of sales and marketing related data.
• Collaborate with sales management to identify optimal sales force sizing, and field deployment
• Closely collaborate with global Commercial Excellence team and lead/implement global initiatives/tools
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
Partner management and interpersonal skill
Strong program/project management and leadership skill
Analytical, critical thinking and strategic problem soving skill
Data Analysis, sales planning experience
Ability to move/evolve with the fast changing needs of the compay
Business level English communication
Salesforce.com or other SFA expertise
BI tools expertise (Power BI preferred)
Data manipulation and trend analysis skills
Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Change Management and project management experience
Actual sales/field experience preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree or above
Experience
3+ year experience as commercial excellence or sales planning/SFE role
2+ year sales experience
