Pittsburgh Paints Company is searching for a Commercial Excellence Manager. You will become a necessary contributor to the sustainable growth of The Pittsburgh Paint Company's business and team.
The position is located remotely, directly reporting to the Commercial Excellence Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Change champion to improve sales excellence principles into all sales teams within the region and develop leading and influential relationships with other departments.
- Create implementation of Sales Enablement tools and processes (CRM, templates, processes.)
- Contribute to the definition, support implementation of standardized processes and tools to allow commercial teams to accomplish growth strategies.
- Help deploy pipeline governance process including operating schedule and measurements to allow the sales team to prioritize and convert prospects and grow opportunities.
- Promote accountability of commercial teams towards Account Management.
- Help develop the commercial organization following the selling machine strategic programs.
- Support Bonus & Incentive management – work with country teams on implementation & tracking.
- Train sales teams on new processes and new tools, share best practices and capture feedback to improve user experience.
- Contribute to project teams to lead process standardization, compliance, and successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a distribution model, sales, marketing, or other commercial role with a proven track record of leadership, sales achievements and influencing people.
- Ability to create a vision, lead and interface and influence effectively.
