Is this the role for you?

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Manager to join our team. Reporting into the CFO, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting the maximisation of our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and renewal of commercial contracts.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, sales, commercial, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure contract terms are understood and adhered to.
  • Work closely with outsourced legal providers to ensure comprehensive legal support and compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract management processes.

To be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in commercial contract management.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
