Main Purpose:The CONGO commercial segment will support the head of the region in the delivery of the commercial fuel business results. He/She will lead the B2B segment and will be the expert supporting with key account management, commercial strategy, aimed at developing long-term partnerships with our commercial accounts.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
National segment lead for the commercial segments
- Develop the 5-year national customer plan for the different segments
- P&L accountable for the commercial segment
- Develop KAM for the segments
- Ensure cross-selling of fuels and other services to the commercial accounts
- Implement the CVP for the different segments
- Decision maker or supporter in national
Develop commercial programs for the commercial segment in line with the Puma Africa objectives
These include but are not limited to:
- Full use of CRM for management of our customer interaction
- Fuel card program
- Service and technical programs
Develop the reporting, assess and present the national commercial fuel performance during monthly business reviews with the GM and leadership team
Develop the fuel supply and Whosale Business Line of Puma Energy Congo
- Work closely with traders to secure profitable supply deal for Puma Energy Congo
- Oversee fuel deliveries and liaise with site operators on fuel acceptance
- Ensure all safety, environmental, and legal requirements are met regarding fuel supply and deliveries.
Assists the commercial teams in contracting and setting the right levels for profitability on contracts in the commercial fuels business
Roll out, in cooperation with the head of national marketing, a marketing approach for commercial fuels
Requirements:
Experience:
- >10 years of exposure in B2B environment
- Tender submission experience
- Delivery of New Business
- Customer value proposition development
- Industry-relevant technology exposure
