Responsabilities
- Plan and carry out the daily production of meals, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the company and the client's requirements.
- Control and take care of the conservation and use of the products made available to you
- Supervise and comply with the hygiene, quality, and food safety procedures in the area (HACCP).
- Check that the workstation and equipment are always safe and clean.
- Follow up on incidents reported by customers and the quality department.
Requirements
- Experience in hotels, restaurants, and large-volume communities for at least 2 years
- Experience in working with programmed recipes and exact grammages
- Very valuable qualification in hospitality
- Job stability
- Valuable knowledge of HACCP
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Knowledge of office automation
