Job Description
Job Description:
- Responsible for coding, unit testing, application development/support, bug fixing and deliver tasks assigned as per predefined timelines and quality standards.
- Primary Skill Set: Cobol, DB2, JCL and VSAM.
- Work on change requests from business.
- Incident identification, classification, prioritization investigation and diagnosis of all resolution and recovery priority type.
- Investigation and Detection of possible Problems and the creating a problem record through to resolution or error identification
- Handle ad-hoc requests for Service status or one-time information retrieval/reports
- Gather service data as needed for reporting and communications
- Analyzing the process and suggesting improvements
- Keeping affected business partners informed about progress
- Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support.
- Document all the learning’s from the project and contribute towards updating knowledge assets
- Should be willing to work in Development/support in UK/India shift.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. /MCA
