Estamos buscando un Coordinador de selección en Medellín, quien estará encargado de coordinar el equipo de reclutadores y analistas para dar cumplimiento a los ANS establecidos con el cliente

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar los procesos de selección y contratación para las diferentes cuentas asignadas
• Realizar seguimiento a los avances, a través de la verificación y consolidación de cuadros de productividad.
• Gestionar, controlar y dar seguimiento a los indicadores del equipo.
• Proponer metodologías de atracción de talento que aseguren la consecución de los candidatos.

Debes tener:

• Carrera profesional en psicología o afines
• 3 años de experiencia coordinando equipos 
• Experiencia en procesos de selección para diversos perfiles
• Venir de sector de temporales
• Manejo de indicadores, bases de datos en Excel y BI
