Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Microsoft Intune

Required Skills and Experience:
• Must demonstrate ability to work productively with a wide range of people as well as ability to effectively present information to customers and senior management.
• Subject Matter expertise on Microsoft Intune- Hands on experience in Intune
• Configuration of Service Application, Device enrolment programs, app protection policies and troubleshooting issues.
• Able to support version upgrades for MDM devices through Intune
• Configuration of Security and compliance policies
• Able to resolve issues related multiple Device OS platforms
• Troubleshooting Intune L1, L2 & L3 issues
• Providing Root Cause Analysis for Intune incidents.
• Writing Standard Operational Documentation
• Configuration of SSL Certificates.
• Well conversant with PowerShell.
• Good Knowledge on AAD proxy setup and configuration.
• Work as an SME and should be able to troubleshoot/triage on customs application independently.
• Manage services using supplier and the client implemented ITIL processes and practices. Operate and provide the day-to-day support.
• Project participation in global/local projects as required.
• Regular Interaction with client and provide summary/report of issues and achievements.
• Assist in Tier 2/3 support activities for production operations of Intune.
• Lead technical projects through requirement gathering, design, build, test and deploy phases.
• Try to implement and initiate as much automation as possible to reduce the overall manual efforts and document reusable information.
• Administrational tool development and maintenance as needed.
• Regular team meets and discusses ongoing tickets, address team concerns, and provide updates to the team.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Exchange (Online and On-premises)
• Knowledge of Conditional access
• Understanding of Hardware and Network Load Balancer.
• Office 365 Certification.
• Knowledge of IIS and their related tasks which are required for SharePoint.
• An understanding of patch management software.
• Familiarity with Backup software and strategies.
• Good Client interaction skills.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively over conference calls.
• Technical writing skills.
• Should be willing to work in shifts.
