London / Manchester / Staines – hybrid working

Permanent

£51,800

Full time - 37.5 hours per week

This role is integral to our mission, focusing on maintaining and attracting clinician provision, managing associated costs, and improving customer experience.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

As the Clinician Network Manager, you will:

  • Conduct annual reviews of clinician network fees, considering market conditions and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Define and implement tactical interventions to grow clinician capacity and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver a flexible fee negotiation framework to maintain critical capacity in the network.
  • Identify and tackle high-cost outliers across all networks using detailed analytical methodologies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for managing the end-to-end profiling process.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Highly analytical and commercial, with the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and healthcare economics.
  • Experience managing a team is desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes of change or tactical interventions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
