Job Profile Summary

Manages and supports the delivery of day-to-day  clinical operational activities.

Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and deliver operations plans; contributes to performance metrics management; continually improving the quality and consistency of processes used.

Provide resourcing/ operational support & delivery against budget at APAC level by directly working with APAC CL Head & APAC Clinical Operations leads

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

•Act as a resourcing and operational support within APAC Regional Clinical Operations to drive delivery of agreed regional resourcing numbers against quarterly budgets

•Provide accurate resource and performance summary reports as required  

•Run and manage dashboards/ metrics to ensure team is compliant, meets commitments to achieve goals on an ongoing basis.

•Support the maintenance of tools and generate reports related to resourcing/EAC under guidance of APAC CL Head as well as Regional EAC/ Resourcing lead.

•Work collaboratively with other Regional Resource contacts to achieve Global consistent data, ensuring quality focus & oversight of all data

•Ownership and implementation of Regional specific Resource/ team performance tracking processes with clear documentation.

•Support smooth operations of APAC CL team through activities such as

1. Manage APAC CL SharePoint and Teams site to ensure documents are uploaded and current for the team.

2. Prepare slides for different business meetings as assigned and needed 

3. Manage calendar of APAC CL head and schedule meetings for LM team and staff

4. Maintain up-to-date organizational chart and distribution lists

5. Manage APAC CL team training to ensure investment by APAC CL management are optimized to fully benefit the team.

•Maintain collaborative and strong working relationships with APAC CL staff and other Regional Clinical Operations stakeholders

• this should be considered as part of Work collaboratively with other Regional Resource contacts to achieve Global consistent data, ensuring Quality focus & oversight of all data

Experience

Typically requires 0 - 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Knowledge

Requires knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education.

Education

Education Level - Bachelor's Degree

in a health care or other scientific discipline

Additional Work Experience

Experience Details - Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Skills and Abilities

Skill/Ability:

Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel Skills will be desired

Demonstrated team leadership skills

Excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt communication styles cross culturally as needed

Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to details

Ability to analyse and interpret  relevant data

Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure results are on-time

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
