About the Role
Ogury is excited to expand its team and is seeking a Client Success Executive to join our growing Customer Success function, supporting client engagement and campaign management in the APAC region, based in Tokyo.
In this role, you will assist in the execution and coordination of campaigns while collaborating with internal Sales and AdOps teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the digital advertising industry, build client relationships, and develop strategic problem-solving skills.
This role reports to the Director of Customer Success and will be based in our Tokyo office, where we encourage our team to join us in office at least 2 days per week (or more if you'd like!).
What you will do:
- Support the management of campaign lifecycles, including setup, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Address client inquiries and resolve basic troubleshooting issues related to campaigns.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with your clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Assist in preparing insights and reports using Ogury’s tools, helping to provide actionable data and storytelling to clients.
- Understand client objectives, KPIs, and industry trends specific to diverse clients, contributing to strategic recommendations in partnership with senior colleagues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong customer experiences, ensuring tasks are completed on time and with high attention to detail.
- Support team efforts in identifying opportunities for account growth and retention within the Japanese market.
- Stay informed on digital advertising and programmatic industry trends through training and mentorship opportunities.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including tracking campaign progress and maintaining up-to-date client records.
What you will bring to Ogury:
- Client-facing or customer service experience, ideally within advertising, marketing, or a similar field (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
- A willingness to learn and develop expertise in digital advertising, programmatic, and mobile technology.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite (or similar tools); willingness to develop advanced skills.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with clients across various markets.
- A basic understanding or interest in data analytics and the ability to tell stories through insights.
- English language skills (both spoken and written) are a plus for collaboration across the APAC region and with global teams.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to team goals and grow within the role.
