 About this role:

The Client Success Analyst is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a relationship-focused client service team. Daily activities include handling Help Desk inquiries, keeping client payroll systems up to date, and answering incoming support calls. You would have involvement in the client implementation process and services, and work towards a variety of team initiatives while keeping documentation up to date.

Because we are a small tech start-up, your contributions will have a high impact on the business giving you great purpose. You will be part of our Client Success team, reporting to the Client Success Analyst Manager, and you will have tremendous opportunities to grow and develop in this role. 

What will I be doing?

  • Collecting data from insurance carriers, payrolls, and other HR platforms
  • Answering incoming client calls and emails
  • Completing Help Desk inquiries
  • Managing day to day tasks for active client accounts
  • Being extremely thorough, nothing can slip through the cracks

Necessary Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Must feel comfortable working with numbers
  • Familiarity with a project management software, we use Wrike
  • Familiarity with a client management software, we use Hubspot
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Industry knowledge, specifically in human resources, benefits and/or software, is a big plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Collaborative, positive attitude, and self-motivated
