Summary

Our Client Solutions team is the front line for finding the right experts for our clients. As a Client Solutions Associate on our surveys team, you will be directly responsible for growing our network and scaling our impact by connecting our clients to the right subject matter experts. 

This role is fast-paced and no day is the same. You will need to be hard-working, flexible, with strong client-facing communication skills. This is a client-facing role perfect for new graduates interested in a career in sale, customer success, management consulting, and investing. You will work closely with clients from some of the leading venture capital, growth equity, and management consulting firms in the world to translate their project specifications into powerful insights.

Responsibilities

Though no day is the same as a CSA, you can expect the job to involve…

  • Client-Expert Connections: You'll identify and match experts for quantitative research needs, creating, tracking, and monitoring survey projects to ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Project Creation & Ownership: Manage projects from translating the project brief, recruiting the right experts, and managing client communications and updates. This involves recruiting experts through internal networks and external channels like social media, meticulously reviewing professional profiles, reaching out to potential experts, and strategically matching them to specific project requirements.
  • Project Performance Tracking: Monitor project response rates and expert engagement to drive successful research outcomes. Put on your "growth" hat and understand how your campaigns are performing at each stage in the funnel to continuously improve performance and client outcomes. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from client and expert interactions to help product and engineering teams continuously refine the Office Hours platform, search, and capabilities. 

This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving projects.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Full-time offers from Office Hours also include target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay range: $72,000 – $85,000, based on seniority and relevant experience

This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco office 3 times per week.
