Our Client Solutions Architect is a senior-level position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for key client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client needs, business objectives, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful solutions across various channels, and overseeing client relationships to drive growth and retention within an agency or company.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and deliver strategic, tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess performance and drive client success.
  • Proactively address challenges, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop data-driven strategies aligned with client business goals, identifying target audiences, campaign objectives, and optimizing channel mix.
  • Apply a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies across digital, social, content, and other channels.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance to uncover valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with strategy and effective delivery.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in account management, client success, marketing strategy, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategic insights while building strong relationships and managing complex client expectations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range

$75,000$95,000 USD
