Our division “Sportradar ad:s” is providing data-driven marketing and sponsorship services to the iGaming industry, designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our global ad:s department. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for building and leading a strategic programmatic initiative, utilizing Sportradar's proprietary ad tech stack. You will work closely with industry-leading bookmakers and online casinos, driving growth and success for Sportradar’s US client base.

The Challenge:
- Actively manage key account campaigns, including strategy development, media planning, campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing optimization, as well as opportunities to expand client budgets based on performance.
- Own the complete programmatic advertising operation on the client-facing end by regularly meeting with clients, sharing valuable insights, and leading strategic discussions during routine calls.
- Support the client partner function with in-depth product and client knowledge while ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
- Contribute to the sales function by building and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base on programmatic trading for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the global product development team to enhance the ad tech stack by understanding programmatic technology from a customer perspective and addressing the specific needs of the US market.
Your Profile:
- 2+ years hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side - no matter on which tech stack
- Experience with active client management, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, ideally an agency or consultative background
- Expert understanding of digital advertising business models, and strong technical understanding of programmatic buying and selling platforms, supply management, ad-tracking technologies, ad servers and conversion tracking
- Deep knowledge of programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimization
- Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies
- Ability to inspire confidence and quickly capture the trust and respect of the leadership team, peers, colleagues and customers
