Your Role:

As a Client Service Team Member, you will:

  • Build Relationships: Assist in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients, acting as their day-to-day contact.
  • Ensure Quality: Verify that product deliverables meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality.
  • Drive Value: Partner with account managers and clients to maximize the usage of IQVIA deliverables and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain internal communications with sales and client service support teams.
  • Monitor Performance: Ensure client obligations are met and service agreements are upheld.
  • Provide Insights: Research and analyze client needs, requiring an in-depth understanding of their business line and market.
  • Train and Represent: Conduct training sessions for clients and employees and represent IQVIA at client sites and external projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant sciences (Math, Pharmacy, Statistics, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • +5 years of experience
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IQVIA products and the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, Access, and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication abilities.
  • Service excellence and Client satisfaction experience
  • Project management experience
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites and IQVIA offices as needed.
