Summary

The Client Services Operations Lead is the mid-level position for client services. The lead will assist with the Job order process under the direction of a Client Services Manager, gain understanding of the VMS technologies, becoming a SME in at least one of the technologies used by AMN Healthcare

Job Duties:

  • Use of the AMN Vendor Management Service (VMS) Technologies used (currently 3)

  • Job Order Management: Post, Fill, Cancel, offer extensions at the direction of the client (based on service level offering)

  • Confirmation Management; adjustments to bill rate and start/end dates of contract, send welcome letters

  • Respond to Supplier, internal and customer inquiries in a timely manner utilizing customer focus techniques and clear communication to educate on process and resolve issues.

  • Staff profile management: prescreen candidates, virtual interview management, set up interviews with client, decline and reject staff profile submissions Collaborate with Billing/Accounts Receivable team members to share workload to ensure achievement of team deadlines and deliverables and ensure time is approved timely without revenue leakage.

  • Run Client reports (scheduled or on demand) Create Customer Support tickets using Salesforce for technical support with Supplier additions, building additional units or facilities, etc.

  • A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one of the VMS technologies.

  • Understanding processes and bringing ideas to the team new process efficiencies

    Education & Years of Experience

    • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

      Pay Rate$24.50 - $29.25 Hourly

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
