The Client Services Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Client Services team in maintaining client relationships, ensuring data accuracy, and managing daily administrative workflows. This hybrid role combines client account coordination with detailed administrative support to ensure operational excellence and top-tier service delivery.

How will you make a difference as a Client Services Analyst at Fragomen?

  • Serve as a liaison between internal case teams and clients by managing dropboxes and responding to protocol queries.
  • Initiate cases within a proprietary system, which includes system updates, data entry, email communication and billing entries.
  • Prepare and update reports, including SLA metrics and expiration reports.
  • Maintain data integrity in proprietary systems through accurate entry, updates, and routine quality checks.
  • Assist with developing, distributing, and maintaining client protocols and fee schedules.
  • Manage immigration-related mail processes including organizing, scanning, and distributing materials.
  • Coordinate document and materials preparation, such as copying, collating, and project-based admin tasks.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients and colleagues for outstanding documentation.
  • Support ad hoc reporting, projects, and administrative needs across teams.

  •    Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  •  A service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Experience using office equipment (e.g., copiers, scanners, postage machines) preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to follow documented processes and suggest improvements where needed.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role takes into account many factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors noted.

A reasonable and good-faith estimate of the current salary range for individuals able to work a hybrid schedule in the office locally is:

$52,000.00 - $60,000.00

You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans.

All offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process. This process may include verifying the candidate’s identity, confirming legal authorization to work in the offered position's location, and conducting a comprehensive background check, where permitted by local regulations.
