Are you ready to make an impact in the world of device fulfillment?
As a Device Fulfillment Specialist in Healthcare Payments department, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of customer information and ensuring that devices are properly documented and shipped during the onboarding process and for future device project needs. Your attention to detail, disciplined follow-up procedures, and ability to absorb and maintain knowledge of processes will be key to your success. You will need to understand InstaMed's standard operating procedures to effectively complete research and billing tasks. You will assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex issues, escalating when necessary. Effective internal communication and teamwork are essential.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processes and procedures related to device fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Receive, document, and stock incoming inventory shipments.
  • Retrieve, pack, and ship outgoing customer orders.
  • Facilitate communications with device manufacturers.
  • Manage and prioritize daily work queue to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Investigate open issues using available resources and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Research and analyze various customer data points to facilitate outreach and resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure all requirements are completed appropriately.
  • Communicate relevant information, such as updates and timelines, to customers and internal team members.
  • Document progress and next steps for internal transparency.
  • Perform any other duties applicable to the position.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proficiency with typing, computer, and Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment.
  • Ability to lift 25lb - 40lb boxes.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Experience with Salesforce or knowledge of the healthcare and/or financial industry.
