About Our Opportunity: 

As a Client Service Manager (aka Client Relationship Manager), you will play a crucial role in our close-knit team by supporting new groups as they implement our KISx Card program into their benefits offerings. You will ensure client success by fostering strong relationships, maximizing program utilization, and developing strategic plans to drive client satisfaction. You will work closely with brokers, captives, and HR Managers to ensure smooth integration, provide ongoing education and support through virtual employee webinars and oversee onboarding and program changes. This is not a sales position—it’s an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help our clients thrive through relationship-building, education, and strategic planning. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a background in client management, customer success or HR with a talent for building strong relationships. 

Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Facilitate virtual employee webinars and provide employers with the information they need to successfully implement the KISx Card program. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive day-to-day engagement. 
  • Manage service delivery expectations with customers, clients, and other key partners. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that boost program utilization and expand the reach of the KISx Card. 
  • Lead internal cross-functional initiatives and external customer activities to improve client program utilization. 
  • Manage and deliver customer reporting, including quarterly reports to client groups. 
  • Develop and deliver contractual reporting requirements. 
  • Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers and manage service and program changes for existing customers. 
  • Prepare and lead on-site and virtual implementations and training sessions 
  • Plan and conduct customer utilization status meetings, including agenda development, facilitation, and follow-up on action items. 
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to develop a comprehensive marketing and engagement strategy.

What You’ll Bring to the Team: 

  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management and/or HR experience 
  • Experience in leading webinars and virtual meetings. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. 

A plus if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree

This is an in-office role! Our office is located at 1 Kacey Ct, Ste 100 in Mechanicsburg, PA.
