About You
You will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the sales department in the form of quoting, managing provider deliverables, proposal generation, data entry, CRM management, and other projects aligned with the overall success of the sales team.
Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and sales drive are essential. The main goal is to support our sales team to win new clients, ensure client satisfaction, help grow business within the existing base of company-wide accounts, and increase profitability for the company.
You have at least 2 years of customer service or project management experience and a technical interest and aptitude.
This role is not a call center position.
What you'll do and how you'll have an impact
- Project manage pre-sales quoting process and proposal generation.
- Track sales activities in SalesForce.com and other sales support programs.
- Partner with sales team on complex opportunities to provide backup and support.
- Understand challenges and opportunities as they relate to each client and provider.
- Ensure the resolution of client concerns related to contracts, billing, and installation issues.
- Always look for ways to move opportunities/projects forward regardless of obstacles or challenges.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- PCs must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, client services, and time management skills. The CPC must consistently demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and perform in a non-structured environment.
What we’re looking for
- Degree from academically respected 4-year university or equivalent Telecommunications experience.
- Previous working experience with Telecom Providers (telephone, cable and network services) for business.
- Experience in quoting and order management for telecom services.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
