  • Support annual scope and staffing conversations, crafting solutions that meet client needs and Kepler profitability targets
  • Partner with operations & finance teams to manage revenue forecasts, manage client P&Ls, and navigate financial or legal audits
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to our leadership teams.
  • Leveraging business intelligence tools to manage revenue and profitability data to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Provide support on new business proposals, as needed
  • Support rollout, process and consistent operations of core systems and tools

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in advertising account, new business, client finance/analyst or agency operations role

  • Experience in supporting contract negotiations and revenue tracking
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills – you’re an analytical person but willing to embrace a role that requires a mixture of art and science
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in support of our employees
  • Ability to work proactively, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail

What we’d love to see:

  • Experience with digital media and agency operational processes
