Join our growing Payments business as a Client Onboarding Manager
As a Client onboarding Manager in the Client Onboarding & Services Team , you will play a crucial role in making it as easy as possible for clients to do business with us. You will lead our client through the onboarding process quickly, securely and without surprises through disciplined project governance and proven methodology, combined with deep knowledge of our people and award-winning technology. You will work across the firm globally in close co-ordination with partners in Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Client Service to drive outcomes in line with client's expectation and contribute in shaping investment strategies and operating model.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in Sales process to position and differentiate J.P. Morgan's implementation strengths and value.
- Lead implementation projects comprising of client-facing activities such as workshops to refine solutions, establish project plans and governance, conduct Product testing and manage legal documentation.
- Consult client to improve their treasury, finance or business operations through adoption and operation of J.P. Morgan Payment technology and service offering.
- Ensure compliance with audit and controls policies and procedures with active focus on risk management
- Drive improvements to J.P. Morgan Payment global operating model with internal partners to deliver high client satisfaction and internal efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills,
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance or Payment service providers like Fintech or Merchant Acquiring
- Held positions in client facing roles and proven project management skills
- Superior leadership and teamwork demonstrating ability to work independently in a matrix, cross-functional, highly diversified global organization
- Strong and effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Demonstrable self-motivation, initiative, and strong client focus
- Detail oriented and methodical required for strong project management discipline
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills,
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc. specifically in the finance/treasury domain would be an advantage
- Familiarity with file/data transfer technologies like API, SFTP, ISOxml, etc would be an advantage
