About the Role

Join FareHarbor’s Onboarding Team based out of the Denver, CO office and make a lasting impact by guiding new clients through their transition to our platform! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and articulate communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves building relationships.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you’ll empower clients to confidently use FareHarbor by providing personalized training and ongoing support. Your role is essential in ensuring our clients feel equipped, informed, and ready to succeed with FareHarbor.

What you’ll do here:

  • Guide new clients through training sessions, teaching them to confidently navigate the FareHarbor dashboard.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to full implementation, creating a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align on client needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to team and cross-departmental initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table.
  • Master the FareHarbor platform and stay up-to-date with new features and updates.
  • Develop, refine, and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

Requirements:

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong collaborator who works well with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled at building meaningful relationships and fostering trust with clients and colleagues alike.

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience working in customer service
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and website content management software

Salary Range: $41,200-$61,800, plus 10% bonus potential
