What you’ll do
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by overseeing the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to scope. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and ensuring seamless project execution. You'll collaborate with internal teams, including strategists, designers, and production, to deliver high-quality work that addresses client business challenges. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to business development opportunities and grow existing client accounts.
- Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute project plans.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing business and expand client relationships.
- Proactively manage project risks and challenges, identifying solutions and escalating issues as needed.
- Contribute to the development of compelling proposals and presentations to support our new business and growth ambitions
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in client management and interest in new business / growth opportunities, preferably within a creative agency or consulting environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A passion for branding and a deep understanding of brand strategy.
- Financial acumen and understanding of business development principles.
