The Client Implementation Manager is a key position within the organization and responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of new clients and ensuring their smooth transition to our services.  You will manage implementation for clients utilizing our Incorporation and Tax registration, Payroll, Accounting, and HR services.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, working closely with our internal operational teams as well as partners across the globe to ensure client requirements are met. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality implementation projects within agreed timelines, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

How you will make a difference:

  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project implementation.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Maintain high levels of client implementation satisfaction and project completion rates

What will give you an advantage:

  • Proven experience as an Implementation or Project Manager, preferably in a client-focused role
  • Global corporate tax, accounting, or HR experience a plus
  • Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
  • Customer success mindset with a bias for proactive engagement and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
