The Role
As a Client Experience Executive for YouGov Direct, you will be supporting the delivery of client projects from brief to analysis in English-speaking markets.
What will I be delivering?
You will be part of the YouGov Direct team, delivering a key part of YouGov’s next five year plan. As YouGov Direct expands we need to ensure that all clients on the platform receive the support they need. As part of this role you will:
- Support commercial teams on managed client projects from brief to analysis
- Be the first point of contact for client queries on research and questionnaires
- Lead the drafting, scripting, and delivering analysis for the duration of client projects
- Build interactive dashboards and code raw data for client projects

Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me?
Demonstrated knowledge and experience
- Client facing customer service experience is essential
- Knowledge of market research industry or digital marketing industry would be beneficial
Technical skills and qualifications
- Must be a confident user of Excel
- Fluent spoken and written English

- Communication – this role is all about communicating with clients and the team is based on three continents already, so communication is a key skill internally too.
- Time management – you’ll be managing multiple client projects at the same time, each with their specific requirements and timelines, where reactive and agile time management is essential.
- Teamwork – YouGov Direct is a small team delivering a big project, being able to work well as part of a team is essential.
- Creative thinking – new products like YouGov Direct create new challenges and opportunities that require creative thinking to deliver solutions to meet those challenges and realise those opportunities.
