The Client Executive will be responsible for software maintenance renewal contracts within the North America domain territory through existing customer Accounts. The Client Executive’s sales responsibility will include the entire range of the nCode brand fatigue and durability products and services, and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. This position will be remote, reporting to our Tucson, Arizona office.
Primary responsibilities
- Coordinating and processing software maintenance contracts and Lease renewals
- Lead generation through marketing events and cold calling
- Qualify and process leads and phone sales queries
- Ability to describe product overview to customers/prospects
- Proactive selling of training courses
- Assist in follow up with existing customers on introduction of new product features
- Complete customer procurement forms (complete vendor registration forms, delivery and follow up on credit reference forms, etc.)
- Update and maintain sales database (SalesForce.com)
- Work with Marketing on lead generation activities
- Support of field-based sales team with lead generation and growth within Account
- Perform other sales administration duties as required
Professional qualifications
- 2-3 years’ plus in inside sales/lead qualification OR similar role
- Engineering software industry experience is advantageous
- Adept at building relationships and creating an excellent rapport with customers
- Proven ability to qualify and sell a technical product over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM System)
- Strong organizational skills/ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to detail

- Excellent commercial understanding
- Excellent phone communication
- Excellent IT knowledge (Microsoft® Office, CRM, etc.)
