What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years sales/ consulting experience in the Financial Services Industry or working directly within Banks, Credit Unions, & Fintech's.
- Business maturity, strong leadership, and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, TransUnion associates, market and environmental trends to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for growth.
- Ability to effectively communicate market trends/impacts to not only our customers but Internal Executives and Business Owners.
- Positive "can do" self-starter attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage up to $5MM in customer revenue with strategic customers.
- Demonstrates competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development).
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of large and complex client businesses.
- Ability to travel 50% in market.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably business related or equivalent experience required.
We'd Love to See:
- Serve as a brand ambassador for TransUnion at market facing events and through participation in professional organizations.
- Ability to grow current and inactive accounts.
- Ability to act autonomously and seek guidance and direction when necessary.
- Engagement of subject matter experts to collaboratively meet our customer's needs.
- Aptitude to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
- Advanced knowledge of direct selling concepts and skills.
Impact You'll Make:
- In the first 90 days, you will acquire deep understanding of TransUnion, the solutions and develop your go-to-market strategy identifying opportunities within existing accounts and prospects.
- Beyond 90 days, you will begin to execute on your strategy identified.
- Planning and implementation of sales to specific, major accounts/sales channel where cultivating relationships and identifying opportunities are critical
- Cultivate accounts with significant potential.
- Proactive analysis of client business needs.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
