Job Description:

As a Client Engagement Specialist at Chapman and Co., you will execute exceptional client experiences through meticulous planning and logistical support. You will manage client onboarding, communications, and coordinate all event details including materials, venues, and technology requirements. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless delivery of client engagements that inspire both team members and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support standalone and ongoing client contracts through systematic execution of deliverables
  • Execute client onboarding tasks following standardized checklists and protocols
  • Prepare client and participant communications including post-event action items, survey results, and thank-you notes
  • Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while prioritizing meeting deadlines and expectations
  • Communicate effectively with team members during collaborative client work
  • Coordinate all course materials for participants and facilitators across client engagements
  • Manage venue booking and technology requirements for both in-person and virtual events
  • Create and manage virtual call lines for remote client interactions
  • Lead food and beverage coordination for in-person client events
  • Schedule all client events on shared calendars and coordinate facilitator availability

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in business or an academic setting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and reprioritize as necessary to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
